MARLENE HOTELING

Marlene Anne Hoteling died September 17, 2016, in South Dakota, with her husband Troy Hoteling by her side. Marlene was born October 5, 1954, the daughter of Armond and Simonne Carrier of Holyoke, MA. Troy and Marlene were united in Marriage July 6, 2006 in Parker, S.D. Survivors include her husband, Troy, of South Dakota, a daughter Stacy Chaffee, three step children, Britt (Crystal) Hoteling, Megan Hoteling and Adrienne Hoteling of Sioux Falls, S.D., two grandsons, Aiden and Gabriel Coffee of MA., and a granddaughter, Kayli Hoteling, Sioux, Falls, S.D. Local family include her mother-in-law, Myrna Hoteling, brother-in-law, Tim Hoteling, sisters-in-law Tina McCutchan and Tracy Hoteling. Marlene belonged to the Centerville Book Club was an avid gardner with a beautiful yard spring, summer and fall and a lover of animals having both cats and dogs as pets. Marlene donated her body to science. It will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
