Randall Lee Briscoe, 70, of Williamstown, Missouri, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, on April 29, 2026.
Randall was born on October 11, 1955, in Keokuk, Iowa to Raymond and Esther (Welker) Briscoe. He was united in marriage to Pamala (Phillips) Briscoe on February 3, 1978, in Williamstown, Missouri and she survives.
Randall is a 1973 graduate of Canton High School. He farmed and worked for Richard Morris as a welder. He left farming and went to work for Tr-Tech Construction and from there Arc Construction retiring in 2023. He was known for his skill, reliability, and work ethic and took his job very seriously. Randall was a great welder and took on any task with ease day or night. Randall loved the outdoors. Always looking forward to going quail and coon hunting. He enjoyed the Williamstown Tractor Pull and pulling his 4620 John Deere. Randall found joy after retirement in cooking; barbequing all the time and trying new recipes, playing horseshoes and being competitive.
Randall loved his family and friends, and the times spent together were precious to him. His favorite and relaxing thing to do was hitting balls to his dog and best friend, Yadi. He will be missed by many and loved forever.
Randall is survived by his wife Pam of 48 years, a daughter Candice (Scott) Gottman of Palmyra, Mo., his grandchildren Reese Gottman, Drew Gottman, Briggs Gottman, his siblings Charles (Carol) Briscoe of Canton, Mo., Phillip (Connie) Briscoe of Keller, Tx., Kirk (Melissa) Briscoe of Williamstown, Mo., Carolyn (Bill) Ellison of Kahoka, Mo., sisters-in-law, Linda (Dan) Shirey, Angie (Rock) Schaller, Yvonne Dudgeon, Carmon Lindsey, Stephanie Phillips all of Canton, Mo., Laura Phillips of Williamstown, Mo., and Gretchen Phillips of Kahoka, Mo., brother-in-law Jerry Lair of Williamstown, Mo., nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his in-laws David and Edna (McIntosh) Phillips, his precious son Rocky Briscoe in 2018, sister and brothers-in-law Doris Briscoe, Donna Nelson, Shirley English, Mary Jane Page, Vickie Lair, Marilyn Garrels, Robin Phillips, Bernie Murphy, Jake Murphy, Butch Murphy, David Phillips Jr., Steve Phillips, Rocky Phillips, Jack Nelson, Bob Page, Francis Garrels, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services for Randall Briscoe were held May 4, 2026, at Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Kahoka, MO. Pastor James Leezer officiating. Visitation was held prior to serices.. Burial at Liberty Cemetery.
