SHEREE KEMPE

Sheree Lynn Kempe, 70 of Lewistown, Missouri and formerly of Quincy, Illinois passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 7:25 PM surrounded by her family at the Country Aire Retirement Center at Lewistown.
The daughter of Norman and Amber Detweiler Nutter was born on July 21, 1955 at Quincy, Illinois.
Sheree worked at Moorman’s Manufacturing in Quincy for 20 years and later at Jimmy John’s in Quincy before retiring.  She liked to exercise and ride her bike.  She also loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother, Amber Nutter of Quincy, Il.; a son, Ricky (Betsy) Kempe of Lewistown, Mo.; grandson, Calvin Kempe; a brother, Steve (Jerry) Nutter of Quincy, Il.; niece, Misty Nutter of Quincy, Il. and a nephew, Jestun Nutter of Lincoln, Il.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
