Cookies With Santa

The City of LaGrange held their annual tree lighting and Cookies With Santa event on Dec. 2 at the LaGrange Lions Hall. One of the most popular attractions was live reindeer that children and adults were able to see up close and ask the owners questions about the care of reindeer. Show-Me Reindeer offers live reindeer exhibitions for holiday events. They attend parades, parties and holiday events. Owners are Jeremiah and Kari Scull. Kari and her daughter Audrie are pictured, along with the reindeer, Santa and Mrs. Claus with LaGrange police department Jason Powell and Aaron Johnson. After the tree lighting, Santa and Mrs. Claus visited with children to hear their Christmas wishes. Cookies and coloring activities made for a fun holiday night.
