Awarded American FFA Degree

Lewis County C-1 FFA Members Macy Hamlin, Jackson Putnam and Denton Daggs were awarded the American FFA Degree at the 98th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. The American Degree is the highest award an FFA member can receive and it is awarded to less than 1% of FFA members nationwide. The American Degree requires 4-5 years of work within a Supervised Agriculture Experience, leadership development, community service and course work in agriculture education. Hamlin is the daughter of Ronnie and Angie Hamlin of Ewing, Putnam is the son of Brad and Jill Putnam of Maywood and Daggs is the son of Doug and Joy Daggs of Ewing.
