School Starting Dates

Canton R-V School and Lewis County C-1 will begin classes on August 19. Both districts will not be in session on Labor Day September 1. Residents are reminded to be aware of increased traffic of students, parents and staff,  be aware of the school bus traffic and students walking to school and bus pick up locations. 
The first day of classes for the Fall 2025 semester at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO, is August 25, 2025. New students move in starts August 21, Everyone Doing More (EDM) takes place on Saturday, Aug 23.
