Mrs. Thelma D. Clark, 83, of Canton, Mo., died , April 17, 2016 in the Lewis County Nursing Home at Canton, Mo.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton.

Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery

The family suggests memorials be made to the Centenary United Methodist Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
