Baptist Church Razed

The former First Baptist Church building in LaGrange was demolished. The Baptist Church built a new building on Route C several years ago and the former church building was sold and had recently sold again and the new owner tore down the structure. The church was built in 1887. A full history of the church will be featured in next week’s edition.
