JASMINE FOX

Jasmine Renee Fox, 25, of Canton, Mo., died unexpectedly March 12, 2024, at Blessing Hospital. Jasmine and her twin sister Scarlett were born on March 3, 1999, to Scott Fox and Sherry Powers.  She was engaged on November 22, 2018, to Joseph Hightower.

Jasmine graduated from Clark Co High School in 2017. Jasmine was employed by the Lewis County Nursing in Canton, Mo., for the last two years. Jasmine was excited to be starting her education to become a nurse starting on March 18. Her biggest joy was being a mother to her daughter Nora. Her presence and kind heart will be forever missed.

 Jasmine is survived by her fiancé Joseph Hightower, her father: Scott (Sarah Stark) Fox, daughter: Nora Camille Fox-Hightower, brothers: Quintin Starks, Zebulon Fox, Ebeneezer Fox, sisters: her twin sister Scarlett Fox, Zerelda Fox, Ricochet Fox, aunts and uncles: Misty (Patrick) Schumacher, Ronnie (Brandi) Fox II, Owen (Sue Rodgers) Fox, and Terry Christy, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Jasmine also had several cousins and other beloved maternal family members. She also deeply loved Dana McSorley, her “work mom”, and Jeanne Smith her mom’s best friend.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, Graham Joseph Fox-Hightower, mother: Sherry Powers, grandparents: Ronnie and Betsy Fox, Marvin Powers and Catherine Moore, sister: September Fox, aunts: Michelle Fox, Sue Henson, and other family members.

Visitation will be held at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home with family present from 6 to 8:00 pm March 21, 2024.

Funeral Services will be held, March 22, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home of Kahoka, Mo.
