Hazardous Roads

Lewis County was received freezing rain early Monday morning, Jan. 21 causing slick roads, multiple accidents and slide offs. Pictured is Highway 61 south of LaGrange by Wakonda State Park. Traffic was Schools were closed the evening before due to the expected forecast and many people could not travel for work. Warmer temperatures are predicted for the coming week.
