The Highland Lady Cougars took third place in the Monroe City tournament with a win over Monroe City 46-43. Highland defeated Louisiana 37-36 with a three point bucket from Keera Rothweiler in the first night of action. They lost their second game to Palmyra and won third place in their last game of the tourney. Highland boys lost to South Shelby 55-26. Defeated the Paris Coyotes 54-43 and lost to Marion County 54-42 in the consolation game.
