KENNETH HULTZ

Kenneth Wayne Hultz, 69, of Maywood, Mo, died March 12, 2016 at Barnes - Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Kenneth was born Nov. 5, 1946 in Quincy, Illinois. the son of Raymond and Arzetta Sparks Hultz and brother to Ronald Hultz, Glen Hultz, Robert Hultz (LaGrange), Garld Hultz (Quincy) and Lavina Glas (Quincy). He married Karon Richmiller on Oct. 8, 1965 and she survives of the home.

Mr. Hultz worked in the scrap metal industry and owned his own lawn care business while in Golden Gate, FL from 1978-1982 prior to moving to Maywood, Mo.

He was of the Pentecostal faith and attended the United Pentecostal Church in Palmyra.

Mr. Hultz loved going to church, talking to people, being with his grandchildren and was always blessed to see them growing in God and participating in church functions. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, raising chickens, hogs, rabbits, and goats before becoming disabled.

He is survived by five sons and 12 grandchildren: Eric Hultz and wife Mitzi of Maywood, Kevin Hultz of Cameron, Mo, Greg Hultz and wife Susan (children: Elijah, Hannah, and Abigale) of Maywood, Darren Hultz of Maywood (his children: Jacob, Seth, Nathaniel, and Ethan),Tim Hultz and wife Heather (their children: Emily, James, Shawn, Andrew, and Joseph)of Maywood, and a special friend Rose Keller of Payson, IL.

Mr. Hultz was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Hultz; parents; brothers Ronald and Glen Hultz.

Funeral services were held March 18, 2016 at the United Pentecostal Church in Palmyra. Rev. Robert Axton officiated. Pallbearers: Glen Glas,Todd Hultz, Scottie Hultz, Rusty Hultz, David Richmiller, Ronnie Hultz. Honorary bearers: Mike Gardner, Gordon Camden, Adam Smith, Damen Sharpe.

Interment was in Maywood Cemetery in Maywood, Missouri.

Memorial contributions may be made to the United Pentecostal Church in Palmyra.
