JEFFREY ELMO MCINTOSH

Jeffrey Elmo McIntosh, 58 of Canton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.

The son of James Elmo and Betty Lee Brown McIntosh was born on July 15, 1965 at Peoria, Illinois.

Jeff was a member of the Life Tabernacle Church in Canton. He liked to be outdoors, fishing, target shooting, camping, watching Bald Eagles and riding his side by side. He was a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed watching his grandsons play youth football for Highland He was a goofball.

He is survived by two daughters, Cassie McIntosh of Lewistown, Mo. and Heather (Neil) Ryan of LaGrange, Mo.; three grandchildren, Chance McIntosh, Matthew and Kolton Lee; siblings, James McIntosh of Zillah, Wa., Darryl (Christina) Herren of Hannibal, Mo., Teresa (Linn) Schmitz of Lewistown, Mo., Tom McIntosh of Nashville, Tn. and Alice (Don) Nilis of Knoxville, Ia.; several nieces & nephews and his dog Jack.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Lisa Kelly and Brenda, two brothers, Rick Lippincott and Alan Lippincott.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 5:00 PM at the Life Tabernacle Church in Canton, Missouri with Bishop Paul Kinney officiating.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 3 PM until the time of services at the Life Tabernacle Church in Canton.

Memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses.

Honorary Pallbearers: Chance McIntosh, Matthew, Kolton Lee, James McIntosh and Darryl Herren.

Arrangements for cremation are with Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton.
