SHELISA WILLIAMS

Shelisa A. Williams, 55, of Hannibal, Mo., died June 27, 2023 at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal.  

She was born August 28, 1967 in Quincy, Ill., a daughter of Mary Beatrice Tate Dade and Albert Junior Williams.

She graduated from Highland High School in Ewing, Mo., in 1988.

Shelisa was of the Baptist faith and member of Green Chapel Baptist Church in LaGrange, Mo. She loved fishing and being outdoors. She loved to eat and had been a cook in a local restaurant.  The most important thing in her life was spending time with her family.  She helped raise most of her nieces and nephews that dearly love her.  

Shelisa had one son, Shane Andee Williams of Quincy, Ill., and three grandsons, King Williams and Andreas Williams of Geneseo, Ill., and Jahmeie Williams of Quincy.  She had 15 siblings; Timothy Dade of Hannibal, Mo., Reva Holder of LaGrange, Mo., Sherry Gay, George Dade and Anthony Williams all of Quincy, Ill., and Cheryl Woodson of Milan, Ill. She was preceded in death by nine of her siblings; Brenda, Gwendolyn, Charles, Memory, Albert Ray and four infants. 

There will be no services at this time.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. 

The family suggests memorials be made to Davis Funeral Home, PO Box 146, LaGrange, MO 63448 to help with final expenses.
