PATSY W. GEERY

Patsy W. Geery, 84, of Maywood, Mo., died Feb. 26, 2023 at the Country Aire Retirement Estates in Lewistown, Mo.

She was born August 29, 1938 in Bowling Green, Mo., a daughter of Leonard Ralph and Florence Adella Young Geery.

She was a member of the South Union Baptist Church in Maywood and had been attending the Ewing Baptist Church. She loved singing in the choir and visiting with other in her spare time. She loved cats, plants, flowers and the Lord. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School.

Survivors include two nephews, Ricky (Jody) Seals of Maywood and Christopher (Melissa) Seals of Quincy, Ill.; two nieces, Melynda (Kevin) Van Note of Marshfield, Mo., and Darla Sue Synder of Maywood and great nieces and nephews, Stacey Kreps, Jeniffer Leckbee, Jonah Seals, Joshua Van Note, Sarah Van Note, John Van Note, Kyle Snyder, Brian Snyder, Aubrey Seals and Natily Seals.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Helena J. Seals and Dorothy Mae Stewart.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 at 10 a.m. at the Ball-Davis Funeral in Ewing with Rev. Russell Brownell officiating. Visitation will be held Friday morning from 9 a.m. until time of services in the funeral home. Pallbearers: Ricky Seals, Earl Seals, Christopher Seals, John Van Note, Kevin Van Note, Brian Snyder and Kyle Snyder. Music: Old Rugged Cross and In the Garden

Burial will be in Maywood Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or to Ricky Seals to defray final expenses.
