RICHARD ENSOR

Richard Carl Ensor, 73, of LaGrange, Mo., died December 29, 2022 at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, Mo.

Richard was born September 21, 1949 in Sheridan, W.Y. to Edward Leon and Marjorie Helen (Welch) Ensor. He married Frances Adler on February 5, 1977 in Quincy, Ill. She preceded him in death on January 27, 2008.

Survivors include his son, Eric Carl Ensor of LaGrange, Mo., and one granddaughter, Lilian Jade Ensor of Durham, Mo.

In addition to his wife, Richard was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William Ensor.

Richard owned and operated Ensor’s Auto and Repair for over 30 years in LaGrange.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed working with his son Eric on the family farm, deer and elk hunting, having a beer around the campfire. He also enjoyed going fishing, listening to Reba McEntire, and traveling, especially to Gunderson, Colorado.

There will be no services at this time.

Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the O’Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy, Ill.
