Blessing Consolidates Last Convenient Care Clinic

With its lease expiring, the Blessing Convenient Care Clinic inside the County Market store in Canton, MO, will close at the end of business Saturday, November 12. Staff will join the Blessing Express Clinic in Quincy.

“Blessing Express Clinic offers everything Convenient Care does and more,” said Tena Awerkamp, director, Primary Health for Blessing Health. “With longer hours and increased size of the facility, Express Clinic sees more patients than Convenient Care can, and people tell us they appreciate the ease of access and care options Blessing Express Clinic offers.”

Blessing Express Clinic at 3400 Broadway in Quincy provides drive-through care so patients do not have to leave their vehicles to see a provider. Traditional exam rooms are also available. Blessing Express Clinic is open 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays, and 8 am to 5 pm on weekends. Care is provided to patients 18 months and older for: Allergies, Bumps, cuts and scrapes, Cold and flu symptoms and flu vaccine, Ear infections, Eye and skin irritations, Insect stings or bites, Physicals for school and sports, Respiratory illnesses and COVID testing, Sinus infections, Sore throat, pharyngitis or strep, Urinary tract infection.

No appointment is needed, but calling ahead to 217-214-9626 speeds up the registration process. Additionally, the Blessing Walk-In Clinic inside Blessing Hospital at 11th Street in Quincy, is open 6 am to 10 pm, every day including holidays. The Hannibal Clinic Walk-In Clinic at 100 Medical Drive in Hannibal is open 7 am to 7 pm weekdays and 9-4 pm weekends.
