SHARON MCDERMOTT

Sharon Lee McDermott, 67 of Canton, Missouri, died October 26, 2022 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

The daughter of Francis McDermott and Elizabeth (Jones) McDermott Goings was born on July 11, 1955 at Quincy, Illinois.

Sharon liked to play board games and color, she also liked to be around the animals on the farm.

She is survived by several cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Betty J. Godman and a niece, Donna E. Godman.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri with Rev. Elmer Hagood officiating. Pallbearers: Don Cibert, Dwight Davis, Chase Grimsley, Steve Grimsley, Ricky Rudd and Kylan McMann. Visitation was held Nov. 1, 2022 at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton.

Burial will be in the LaBelle Cemetery at LaBelle, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
