Wakonda State Park Spooktacular

Wakonda State Park, south of LaGrange, will host their annual Spooktacular Trunk or Treat on Oct. 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Boulder Lake and Wakonda Lake campgrounds. Registered campers may choose to participate in a campsite decorating contest with prizes being awarded to the top three campsites. There will be campsite trick or treating that is open to the public. NEW THIS YEAR: Trick-or-treaters will park at the Wakonda Beach parking lot and be transported to the Boulder Lake Campground by tram to avoid traffic congestion and for the safety of our participants.
