DALTON JACOBSON

Dalton Joe Jacobson, 22 of Hettick, Illinois died March 15, 2022 at his home in Hettick.
He was born February 19, 2000 at Quincy, Illinois the son of Dawn M. Darnell and Shane Roeder.
Dalton liked to go hunting, fishing and play video games. He was a L.A. Rams fan and loved to spend time with his family.
He is survived by his mother and step father, Dawn M. Darnell and Aaron Hayden of Hettick, Ill.; his father, Shane Roeder of Kirksville, Mo.; grandparents, Mary Jo (James) Hudnall of Kirksville, Mo., Dwayne Austin of LaBelle, Mo., Bob (Joy) Huebotter of Moberly, Mo. and Charles B. (Phyllis) Darnell of Quincy, Ill.; siblings, Dustin Goodwin (Crystal King) of Monticello, Mo., Chelsea Cramer (Andrew Hugenberg) of LaGrange, Mo., Dillon Cramer (Skylar Kopf) of Hannibal, Mo., Cheyenne (Blake) Smith of Dallas City, Ill. and Shawn Roeder of Unionville, Mo.; great aunt, Diana (Mark) Helfrich-Miller of Palmyra, Mo.; aunts and uncles, Angie (John) Chapman of Monroe City, Mo., Andy (Michelle) Hayden of West Virginia, Alexa (Donnie) Gunter of Russellville, Mo., Alek Huebotter of Ashland, Mo., Rayetta (Daniel) Sharpe of Ewing, Mo. and Shawn (Amber) Roeder of LaBelle, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Dallas Goodwin; grandmother, Connie Browning; great grandparents, Betty McGraw, Rete “Granny” Helfrich and Whistle “Pop” Davis; aunt, Gail Crandall; great aunt, Sherry Mayfield and a nephew, Evan Goodwin.
Funeral services were held March 19, 2022 at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri. Pallbearers: Dustin Goodwin, Dillon Cramer, Daniel Sharpe, Bob Huebotter, Andrew Hugenberg and Phillip Strub. Honorary Pallbearers: Chelsea Cramer and Cheyenne Smith.
Burial was in the Lewistown Cemetery at Lewistown, Missouri.
