CARL OTT

Carl W. Ott, 59 of Keokuk, Iowa, died March 17, 2022 at Blessing Health Center in Keokuk, Iowa.

The son of Lee and Betty Rankin Ott was born on May 15, 1962 at Columbia, Missouri the youngest of 13 children. He worked for the City of Canton, Phillips & Sons Saw Mill at Williamstown, Mo. and construction jobs. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, four wheeling, deer hunting and watching old westerns and WWF.
He is survived by his children, Kyla Ott of Canton, Mo., Brandon Ott of Quincy, Il., Lakia’ Clay and Ta’meika Boatman; a grandson, Calvin Ott of Quincy, Il.; special friend, Theresa Phillips of Keokuk, Ia.; three sisters, Wanda Harmon of Revere, Mo., Donna Kunkel of Rock Island, Ia. and Joyce (Jr.) Barnes of Alexandria, Mo.; brother, Elmer Ott of Canton, Mo.; and several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Jane White and Ellen Tate, six brothers, Jerry, Larry, Gary, Melvin, Kenneth and Willie Ott.

A memorial visitation will be held, Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 4 until 6 PM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
