SUSAN COLLIER

Susan K. Collier, 66 of Canton, Missouri died January 12, 2022 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

The daughter of Woodrow and Mary Nichols Webb, was born on February 19, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri.

She was united in marriage to Gregory L. Collier, DC on January 17, 1975 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Susan loved her role as grandmother and enjoyed spending time with Callen. She liked to sew, bake and attend the live theatre.  She especially enjoyed the holidays, playing cards and games with family.

She is survived by her father, Woodrow Webb of Raytown, Mo., husband, Gregory L. Collier, DC of Canton, Mo.; daughters, Karen (Daniel) Muntz of Sedalia, Mo. and Mary Joy (Brian) Dawson of Mountain View, Mo.; granddaughter, Allison Dawson of Mountain View, Mo.; grandson, Jake Muntz of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Janet Jeffrey of Blue Springs, Mo. and Linda (Dan) Burgey of Independence, Ky.; several nieces and nephews, including Dane (Ludmylla) Collier of Japan; and her father in law, Leroy Collier of Canton, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her mother and mother-in-law, Mary Collier.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri with Pastor Dawn Gerard officiating. Pallbearers: Brian Dawson, Daniel Muntz, Mark Jeffrey, Dan Burgey, Dave Rafalske and Jarrod Phillips. Honorary Pallbearers: Dane Collier, Jake Muntz, Paul Williams and Mike Haugg.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022 from 1 PM until the time of services at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton.

Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery in Canton.

Memorials may be made to the Quincy Community Theatre.
