LISA MICHELLE GANTT

Lisa Michelle Gantt, age 61, of LaGrange, Mo., died Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.

She was born March 4, 1960 in Quincy, Ill., a daughter of Lloyd James and Phyllis Ellen Davis Gantt.
Lisa was a lifetime member of Green Chapel Baptist Church in LaGrange. She was a 1978 graduate of Highland High School, and then graduated from Truman State Universty in Kirksville, Mo., with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Lisa worked as a physical therapist, most recently for Quincy Medical Group. She loved running, instructing an exercise class, bowling and watching sports on TV. She was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Her favorite hobby was shopping.

Survivors include one brother, Jeffrey (Cindy) Gantt of Cedar Rapids, Ia.; one aunt, Doris Thompson of Kansas City, Mo., and several nieces and nephews as well as other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Michael Wayne and Lloyd James, Jr.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home in LaGrange, Mo. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Chapel Baptist Church in La Grange, MO with Rev. Jeff Green officiating. Music will be provided by Pam Mims and Rev. John H. Mims. Pallbearers: Mike Gantt, Matt Gantt, James Dade, Billy Gantt, Terry Gantt, Kelly Gantt. Honorary Pallbearer: Finley Lewis, Jr.

Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, LaGrange, Mo.
The family suggests memorials be made to Green Chapel Baptist Church, in La Grange, Mo.
