JOHN JETT

John Robert Jett, 60, of Labelle, Mo., died September 22, 2021 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.

Born March 14 1961 in Quincy Ill., he was the son of late Robert Kenneth Jett and Alma Jean Davis Jett.

Mr. Jett graduated from Knox County High School in 1979. He was an EMT/Paramedic for the Lewis County Ambulance District for 24 years where he retired from. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing pool, and going up to meet the coffee club for coffee.

Surviving him are his two brothers Kenneth Wayne Jett and his wife Stacey of Laddonia, Mo., and Michael Lee Jett of Labelle Mo. His three sons: John William Jett and his fiancé Jeri Beth Klocke-Jett of Labelle, Mo., Gavin Howard Jett and fiancé Shelby Hooper of Springfield Ill.; and Colten Davis Jett and fiancé Allison Housman of Lewistown Mo. Also surviving are his five grandchildren; Jakton Jett, Jersey Mae Jett, Trinity Jett, Benjamin Jett and  Paisley Ann Jett, also his three nieces Tina Jett, Samantha Motley, Kayla Jett, one nephew Bobby Jett.

Graveside services and inurnment will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Lewistown Cemetery in Lewistown, Missouri with Rev. Mike Wilson officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 4 until 8 PM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Lewistown, Missouri. Honorary Pallbearers: Dean Potts, Rick Orr, Stacy Kincaid, Roger Hawkins, Steve Edwards and Phil Gaus.
