Another beautiful week for Lewis County and before we know it the tractors will be back in the fields.

and they will be harvesting this year’s crop and fall will be here.

This past Saturday was the 20th year for 9/11 tragedy and the memorials were beautiful all around the country. At church Sunday, we discussed about our freedoms we have and how easy it would be to lose them at church.

We went to Lewistown for the 150 year celebration on Saturday afternoon, they had an outstanding crowd that came to eat the fish and chicken, probably the largest crowd I had seen in Lewistown.

My brother Bk and Shirley Turner retuned home today, they had traveled to South Dakota and had a great week of site seeing, but the hardest part of the vacation was finding a place to eat. Long lines or locked up for no help, signs were everywhere wanting people to apply for jobs. no one wants to work,

This is all for this week, glad to see about the LaGrange reunion coming up on the Sept. 25, we are looking forward to it.
