Otto Bruner Post 170 stand with their decorated float on Oct. 17, 1930. The uniformed personnel are pictured a little more than a decade after World War I, and a decade before World War II. The men are identified as Elmer Fleming, Fred Howell, Jim Cecil, Harry Ward, Lee Schlager, Jack Treft, Cecil Jobe and Harold Stow. The Otto Bruner Post is still very active in the community
