Ralph E. Howell, 79 of Quincy, Illinois passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Il.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Oquawka Cemetery in Oquawka, Illinois. Visitation will be held Friday evening, March 13, 2020 from 4 until 7 p.m. at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Mo.

Memorials may be made to the Howell family or the donor’s choice.
