EVAN GOODWIN

Evan James Goodwin, infant son of Dustin Goodwin and Crystal King of La Grange, Missouri passed away August 28, 2019 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

Evan was born on May 31, 2019 at Quincy, Illinois. He was a very happy and loving baby who smiled all the time.

He is survived by his parents, Dustin Goodwin and Crystal King of La Grange, Mo.; a sister, Allison Karsemeyer and a brother Bayden Goodwin of the home.; paternal great-great grandmother, Betty McGraw of Lewistown, Mo.; paternal great-grandparents, Mary Jo Austin of Lewistown, Mo., Dwayne Austin of Ewing, Mo., Marvin (Mary) Goodwin of Lewistown, Mo. and Charles (Phyllis) Darnell of Quincy, Il.; maternal great-grandparents, Linda McDaniel of Upper Lake, CA. and Ben (Cathy) Larson of Upland, CA.; paternal grandparents, Dawn Darnell (Aaron Hayden) of Hettick, Il. and Jim (Rosemary) Goodwin of Canton, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Jenelle (Sean) Drew of Canton, Mo. and Michael (Tanya) King of South Dakota; aunts, Julia Ferrari, Courtney Hiebendahl, Chelsea Cramer, Larisa Goodwin, Amanda Blackwood and Cheyenne Jacobson; uncles, Michael King, Jr., Dalton Jacobson, Dillon Cramer, Levi Drew and Andrew Hugenberg; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by an uncle, Dallas Goodwin, paternal great-great grandparents, Etta Helfrich (Whistle Davis), Mildred (Bill) Conger, Orville Goodwin and Gracie Potts; maternal great-great grandparents, Doris (Ken) Foster.

Graveside services and inurnment were held September 1, 2019 at the Lewistown Cemetery at Lewistown, Missouri with Rev. Dewayne Larenson officiating. Visitation was held August 30 at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri. Honorary Pallbearers were Allison Karsemeyer and Bayden Goodwin.

Memorials may be made to the Educational Fund to benefit Allison and Bayden.
