BONNIE MINER

Bonnie Miner, 74, of Canton, Mo., died June 30, 2018, at Lewis County Nursing Home. 

Bonnie was born July 11, 1943, in Canton, daughter of Edward and Mary Logsdon. She married Robert Miner in 1976.

Bonnie graduated from Canton R-V High School in 1961. Bonnie enjoyed volunteering at Lewis County Nursing Home and being a part of the Wider Opportunities programs. She loved spending time with her family and friends. 

Bonnie is survived by her two daughters, Karen Hugenberg and her husband Bill of Quincy IL, and Pam Schweitzer and her husband, David of Plano, IL; brothers, Ken Logsdon and Harold Logsdon; 5 grandchildren, Michael Hugenberg, Matthew Hugenberg and his wife Amanda, Mary Beth Hugenberg, Jonathan Schweitzer, and Christopher Schweitzer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, both parents, and her brother Richard.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Canton with Fr. Angelus Minj officiating. Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery in Canton. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. Tuesday morning until time of services in the church.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Lewis County Nursing Home in care of Davis Funeral Home, Canton, MO.
