LARRY CLAUS

Larry W. Claus, 71, of Maywood, Missouri, April 25, 2018, at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, Missouri.

Larry was born September 9, 1946, in Hannibal, MO, to Carl L. and Virginia Tate Claus.

He was married to Sharon Humke on May 9, 1970, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Camp Point, Illinois. She survives.

Larry was a graduate of Quincy Technical School. He was a plumber and electrician. He owned and operated Claus Electrical in Canton, Missouri, for 16 years. Larry was a woodworker. He also had many other interests and hobbies. 

He is also survived by one daughter, Becky Claus of Dallas,TX, one son, Mark Claus (Jessica) of Macomb, IL, two sisters, Barbara Clark (Jim) of Philadelphia, MO, Linda Deverger, Quincy, IL, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Lindle Claus and Donald Claus, and two brothers-in-law, Allen Deverger and William R. Hyer.

Funeral Services and visitation were held will be at April 30, 2018, at the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra, Missouri.

Burial will be at a later date. Pastor Brian Stone will officiate.
