PAUL STEWART

Paul A. Stewart, 59, of Canton, Missouri died January 30, 2017 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. The son of Jarvis and Mildred Coleman Stewart was born on August 21, 1957 at Kirksville, Missouri. Paul worked for Ayer’s Oil Company in Canton, Mo. for 36 years. He liked to spend time with family and friends. He also liked to go bowling, gardening and traveling.He is survived by three daughters, Sarah Taylor, Crissy Baker and Laura Stewart all of Canton, Mo.; numerous grandchildren; two brothers, Norman (Cheri) Stewart of New London, Mo. and Gary Stewart of Sheridan, Montana; two sisters, Kathy (Lenny) Page of Palmyra, Mo. and Caroline (Leland) Payne of Monticello, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son-in-law, Bleu Taylor. Funeral services were held February 3, 2017 at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri with Pastor Amanda Gosik officiating. Pallbearers: Teddy Livingston, David Schmidt, Joe Grenlund, David Schmidt, James Griesbaum and Jarrett Griesbaum. Burial was in Forest Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to A.E.D.
