Mary Lucille Hodges, 71, of Festus, Missouri, formerly of Canton, Missouri, and St. Patrick, Missouri, passed away Dec. 12, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family. Lucille was born April 4, 1945, in Keokuk, Iowa, she was the youngest daughter of the late Naomi (Boudreau) and Edward Cecil Fishback. She was married to Rexford Kenton Hodges at the Shine of St. Patrick Catholic Church in St. Patrick, Mo. They shared 53 years together. He survives of Festus, Mo. Lucille was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and playing games with her grandchildren, especially scrabble. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Also surviving are three children, Michael Kenton (Beth) Hodges of Oakville, Mo., Daniel Jay (Melinda) Hodges of Mesa, Ariz., and Penny Marquerite (Duane) Stockdell of Festus, Mo., her twin brother and sister, Verlin (Jean) Fishback of Hillsboro, Mo., and Velma (Howard) Sederwall of Hannibal, Mo., 10 grandchildren, Michael (Jessica) Hodges Jr., Matthew (Nikki) Hodges, Mallorie Hodges, Mark Hodges, Kimberly (Logan) Heilman, Joshua Hodges, Brett Hodges, Cameron Hodges, Andy (Nikki) Stockdell and Jenny (Kenny) Farley, three great-grandchildren, Alex Hodges, Noah Stockdell and Tenley Stockdell, and numerous nieces, nephews, siblings-in-law, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Timothy James Hodges, and two sisters, Phyllis Fishback and Wilma Kennedy. A Memorial Mass was held December 17, 2016 at Good Shephard Catholic Church in Hillsboro, Mo. Rev. Father Christopher Holtmann will officiate.
