DELPHINE (DELSY) MARIE DEORLE

Mrs. Delphine (Delsy) Marie Deorle, 91, of Quincy, Ill., died October 29, 2016 at Country Aire Retirement Estates in Lewistown, Mo. Delsy was born October 24, 1925 in Hannibal, Mo., a daughter of Cecil and Estelle Tate Turner. She married Elmer Deorle on December 27, 1973. He died February 11, 2013. Delsy was a wonderful cook and meticulous homemaker. She enjoyed attending local stock car racing, following NASCAR, slot machines, playing cards and visiting with family and friends. She is survived by sisters Lois Nelson and Carleta Epperson; daughter Pat Buffington; son in law Charlie Hart; grandchildren, Richie Hatton, Carrie (Victor) Raleigh, Rendy Haun and Christy (Mike) Murray; great grandchildren, Jessica (Shaun) Bliven, Jackie (Nate) Bruns, Lena Hatton, Austin Hatton, J.R. Haun, Matthias Bowling, Shaun Smith, Kelly (Aaron) Crum and Megan Smith and numerous great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers in law Ray Nelson and Ohrie Epperson; daughter Judy Hart and grandson Chuck Hatton. Cremation rites have been rendered as requested and a memorial service will be held at a later date.The family suggests memorials be made to Country Aire Retirement Estates in care of Ball-Davis Funeral Home in Ewing, Mo.
