JUANITA ALLEN-NICHOLS

Mrs. Juanita F. Allen-Nichols, 80 of Canton, Missouri died October 16, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Canton. The daughter of Arthur and Jayme (Snow) Bevill was born on April 21, 1936 at Nelsonville, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Kenneth E. Allen on May 16, 1954 at Philadelphia, Missouri. He preceded her in death in March of 1988. She later married Robert R. Nichols on November 4, 2011 at LaGrange, Mo. He preceded her in death on April 23, 2015. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda K. Allen of Canton, Mo., Carolyn M. (Rick) Small of Frederick, Oklahoma and Diana R. (Steven) Smith of Canton, Mo.; a son, Steven E. (Gayle) Allen of Canton, Mo.; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Sylvia Wiley of Cordova, Tennessee; and several nieces ,nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, daughter, Anita Lynn Allen-Reeves, granddaughter, Angela Small. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at Arnold’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Paul Kinney officiating. Pallbearers: Michael Slater, Neil Slater, Bruce Pritchett, Daniel Small, Glen Cook, Jr. and Troy Downs. Honorary Pallbearers: Diana Smith, Rick Small, Steve Smith and Derrick Robertson.
