John H. Jeffcoat, Jr., 51 of Canton, Missouri died July 23, 2016 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.The son of John H. Jeffcoat, Sr. and Margaret J. “Peggy” (Bennett) East was born on September 12, 1964 at Pinellas, Florida.He was united in marriage to Sue Wolf on September 13, 2003 at Canton, Missouri.John was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 2669 Aerie of Moberly, Mo. and the NRA. He liked to bowl, hunt and visit with friends. He also liked to spend time with his grandson, Landyn Snow.He is survived by his wife, Sue Jeffcoat of Canton, Mo.; grandson, Landyn Snow of Canton, Mo.; mother-in-law, Ruth Ann Wolf of Canton, Mo.; sister, Tiffany Blickhan and husband David of LaGrange, Mo.; and several nieces and nephew’s.He was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents.Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday July 27, 2016 from 5 until 8 PM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton.Memorials may be made to Arnold’s Funeral Home to help with expenses.
