DESTRY ROBERTSON

Destry Wayne Robertson, 49 of Canton, Missouri, died June 28, 2019 at his home in Canton.

The son of Larry Robertson and Barbara Nicholson Robertson was born on January 2, 1970 at Ft. Madison, Iowa.

Destry worked for Pinnacle Foods at Ft. Madison, Ia. and served on the Ft. Madison Rodeo Committee. He had a lifelong passion for dirt track racing and liked to work on dirt track race cars.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Larry (Nancy) Robertson of Lewisville, Texas; two sons, Cameron Edward Robertson and Brody Wallace Robertson of Keokuk, Iowa; step-sister, Tracy Trump of Lewisville, Texas; two step-brothers, Dan Trump of Garland, Texas and Jim Trump of Lubbock, Texas; and an uncle, Frank Nicholson of Niota, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, his mother, and an uncle, Gary Nicholson.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
