ARLENE LORRAINE BERHORST

Mrs. Arlene Lorraine Berhorst, 78, of St. Charles, Mo., died September 9, 2018 at her residence in St. Charles.

She was born October 19, 1939 in Wenatchee, WA a daughter of Carl Austin and Zelma Bertha Paslay Dick. She married Steve John Berhorst on November 24, 1956 in Ellensburg, WA. He passed away December 14, 2000.

Arlene enjoyed geneology, playing computer games, cards and jigsaw puzzles, quilting, crocheting for her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed going the farm in Williamstown. She was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include one son, Steven Daniel Berhorst of St. Charles, five daughters, Deborah Anne Berhorst, and Susan Marie Berhorst both of St. Charles, Betty Jean (Terry) Niswonger of Wellsville, MO, Denise Kay (James) Dowis of Ball Ground, GA and Connie Lynn (Kurt) West of St. Charles; six grandchildren, Terry Niswonger Jr, Kristina Niswonger, Leah Wilson, Jamie Dowis and Jodi Dowis and Shelby West; two great granddaughters, Jessie Holmes and Alice Hillmann. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two broters, Lyle and Charles Dick.

Funeral services were held September 15, 2018. at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton with Fr. Robert Fields officiating. Visitation and prayer service was held September 14, 2018 at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton. Music: Recorded Selections Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash.
