SARAH BUSWELL

Sarah Myrldene Buswell, 84, of Thompsons Station, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2018.

Born in Lewis County, Mo., to the late Shelton Thomas Byers and Leora Elizabeth Marquette Byers. She was married on March 22, 1950 to her late husband of 28 years, Wayne Buswell.
She was a member of the Church of the City. After raising nine children she earned her GED and began to teach adult literacy. She was also an avid reader and a crossword and weather enthusiast.

Surviving are her nine children, Luayne Van Meter, Shelley (Michael) Moeller, Terry (Patty) Buswell, Kevin Buswell, Monica (Kim) Fleer, Gisele (Ken) Standbridge; Willis (Kim) Buswell, Darrin (John) Buswell and Jarrod (Michelle) Buswell; 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by siblings, Willis Byers and Irene Walter; grandson, Eric Moeller.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ed Alexander officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on March 19.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made by check to the Church of the City, Son Shine Class.
