HONORE MARIE SEDERWALL

Honore Marie Sederwall, 98, died November 29, 2017, in her home in Crane, Missouri after a short illness.

Honore was born April 7, 1919, near Lewistown, Missouri a daughter of Aral and Mabel Sellers Myers. She married William Sederwall on August 28, 1943, in Palmyra, Missouri. He passed away August 15, 1997.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of LaGrange, Missouri. For many years she was a member of the Gem City Rock Club and the Big River Carvers of Quincy, Ill.

Surviving are a son William Sederwall and wife Pat of Quincy, Illinois,two daughters, Linda Stratman and husband John of Ozark, Missouri and Sandra Haistings of Crane, Missouri. Six grandchildren, Camela Brady of Birmingham, Alabama, Candess Hamit and husband Mark of Topeka, Kansas, Carrie Cooley and husband Mike of Topeka, Kansas, Christine Paschke and husband Brad of New Lennox, Illinois, Eric Stratman and wife Julie of Quincy, Illinois, and Cole Reeder of Quincy, Illinois. Six great grandchildren. Kacey, Curtis, Peyton, Chevie, Alex and Abby and three great, great grandchildren. One nephew Robert Myer and niece Catherine Reay both of Pocatello, Idaho, and two extended family members Craig Redmon and Julie Folk.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a brother-in-law and her husband.

Funeral services were held December 1, 2017 at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton with Pastor Dan Steinbeck officiating. Visitation was held prior to services.Pallbearers: Eric Stratman, Mike Cooley, Curtis Sederwall, Brad Paschke, Mark Hamit, Cole Reeder

Honorary pallbearers: Craig Redmon, Paul Guilfoyle, Kenny Collins, Curtis Farr.

Burial was in Ewing Memorial Cemetery in Ewing, Mo.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Canton Senior Housing.
